Athletic Physicals
Students entering the 7th grade who will be participating in athletics-need to have a new physical before they can participate. Athletes in 8th, 10th, and 12th grade need to update their medical history. Additionally, All athletes need to update their medical forms annually.
Click Here to access the medical forms. Please print and bring them back to the Athletic Director-Coach Keeling for the boys and Coach Mac for the girls. Medical forms needed are:
Concussion
Sudden Cardiac
Parent/Student Steroid Form

College Recruiting Information
The Texas High School Association has a recruiting webinar for high school athletes and their families available at No Cost. The webinar is a great tool to properly educate all involved in the recruiting process and will assist you with making proper recruiting decisions.

What You Need to Know
You will need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. This should be done by the end of your junior year. Click Here for NCAA requirements.
There is a $90 Fee; Fee is waived if you are on free and reduced lunch
